As an experienced museum and heritage professional, I provide multidisciplinary services to support organisations in realising their ambitions through strategic direction, workforce devel-opment and visitor engagement. I support museum teams by developing practical policies, plans and workforce development initiatives aligned with the strategic vision.

I achieve this through research, consultation and analysis, alongside creative interpretive approaches that connect audiences with collections and stories, thereby strengthening engagement and creating meaningful, enjoyable learning experiences.

Along with a down-to-earth disposition, I am solution-focused and detail-oriented.

I am based in Chester and work from home or in and around North West England and Wales.

My work typically includes audience development, research, activity planning, museum ac-creditation, interpretation, evaluation, consultation, grant assessments, volunteer training, learn-ing development, curation, collection support and sector training.

I had the pleasure of working with Lynn on both a grant funded project and as a consultant to our Heritage Team. She led on the development of a new audio trail at Ruthin Gaol Museum, devised an Interpretation Strategy, completed a staff review and supported on collections management. She advised on best practice and mentored staff through finding practical solutions. Sustainability Statement

This sustainability statement responds to the Climate Emergency. Following Carbon Literacy Training with Museum Development North West, resulting in certification from the Carbon Literacy Trust, it sets out my commitment as a freelance museum and heritage consultant. I aim to embed low-carbon, responsible practices that address climate impacts within my projects.
